Single Sign-On Now Available 

The RO 4.9 release introduces single sign-on (SSO) capabilities, making it easier and more secure for users to access RouteSmart Online. Supported platforms include: 

• Microsoft Active Directory 

• OKTA 

• Google 

• Other 3rd Parties 

With SSO, users can now log in using their existing credentials from these platforms, reducing the need for multiple passwords and enhancing security. 

Enhanced Planner Mode: Refresh Service Location Information 

A new feature in Planner mode allows you to refresh service location information within a project. This is particularly useful if: 

• A significant amount of time has passed since the planner project was created. 

• There have been substantial additions or changes to the service locations. 

This ensures that your route plans are always based on the most up-to-date information, improving accuracy and efficiency. 

Scenario Comparison Tool 

One of the most powerful additions in the RO 4.9 release is the ability to compare different Planner scenarios. This tool provides summary information for each scenario, helping you make informed decisions based on comprehensive data. Key metrics include: 

• Number of unique service days 

• Total number of routes by service day 

• Total stops 

• Total demand 

• Total trips 

• Total time 

• Total distance 

• Total cost 

By comparing these metrics across different scenarios, you can identify the most efficient and cost-effective route planning strategies for your operations.
