Submit an Issue through My RouteSmart

Submit an issue online 24/7 through My RouteSmart. Submitted cases will be addressed during our standard support hours.

FedEx Ground (FXG) Service Providers

FedEx Ground (FXG) Service Providers will receive communication directly from FXG two to three months before implementation and should not contact RouteSmart directly. Please refer to the preliminary rollout schedule found on MyGroundBiz.com for a specific station’s timeline.

RouteSmart offices will be closed for the following holidays in 2025:

  • Wednesday, New Years Day: January 1 
  • Monday, Martin Luther King Jr. Day: January 20
  • Monday, Memorial Day: May 26 
  • Friday, Independence Day: July 4 
  • Monday, Labor Day: September 1 
  • Thursday, Thanksgiving: November 27 & Friday, November 28 
  • Wednesday, Christmas Eve: December 24
